Shipping & Returns


Domestic ground orders are generally shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx, professionally packed and with tracking.

Signature confirmation MAY be required for high value orders to confirm delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a commercial address where your package can be securely received.

If a package tracking shows either delivery confirmation or signature confirmation – you are responsible for the item.

FedEx shipping times are based on non-holiday business days. Weather may delay shipping time frame.

At our discretion, we may upgrade shipping from First Class to Priority.



We offer direct FedEx International Express . Our international shipping is traceable and costs $45.00 (Russia $60 – USPS Express),(Canada $35 – Fedex Air), normally arriving in 4-6 business days.  All packages will be declared accurately. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes.

It is ultimately the purchaser’s responsibility to know your countries guidelines before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any delays or return service charges.

Our Canada FedEx Air ($35) shipping normally arrives in 1-2 days.

For security purposes, we may request your credit card and ID for international orders. Purchaser is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any customs fees involved with the order will be paid by the purchaser; we will not be responsible for any foreign delay or seizure. FOB shipping point – International orders are shipped at the customer’s risk. Unless additional insurance is requested and purchased, international packages that are not delivered/damaged are only insured to $100. No returns on international orders. Warranty issues or defective merchandise must be dealt directly.

Inspection & Return Policy for Ghost Custom Blades

We are certain you’ll be happy with your merchandise.  All knives carry a 5-day inspection period from delivery date.

If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return a knife, you must first call or e-mail with-in the five day inspection period to receive return instructions before returning any merchandise.

Any returned knife must be in the same condition as it was shipped and must be received by us within five (5) days of the date we provide you with return instructions. We require that your return include full insurance, adequate packaging and signature confirmation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will normally issue a merchandise credit to you (preferred) or credit directly to your bank card within seven business days of receiving your return; shipping charges are not refundable. Any request for a visual product inspection does not change these policies. If you are returning a knife, we will not process an additional order until the knife is received in perfect condition and our return process is completed.

Natural handle materials are not warranted by Ghost Custom Blades and are usually not covered by a maker’s warranty. (Preventive measures can be used to preserve natural handle materials – yet natural aging and change sometimes can not be avoided.)

We reserve the right to refuse service without prior notice if you violate or abuse our policies and procedures.
